Funding for local projects

As a locally-based organisation with immediate access to funds, we have put our heads together and come up with three ways to support local people, launch new projects, and help other organisations struggling as a result of the Coronavirus outbreak. All applications to our grant schemes are evaluated by local residents.

Quick Wins

Up to £500 available for good ideas happening locally! Anyone can apply, so long as their idea benefits people living in the Big Local Gateshead area (see map below).

Network Funds

We host 3 network groups to discuss issues in the area, each of which has access to £10,000 per year to spend on projects supported by the community.
