End of Summer Fete

We’re working with passionate members of the community and several other partner organisations to put together the first Racecourse Fete, which will take place this September. We’re looking for stall holders and performers, either to sell wares, inform the community about the work they do, or raise funds for charity. Stalls are free for charitable organisations and anyone providing an activity or information, but if you want to sell goods then your stall will cost £10. We will provide one folding trestle table and 2 chairs per stall booking, but you are welcome to bring your own in addition.

All activities, stall holders, and information must be family freindly - so no alcohol or any other wares marketted to over 18s please.

If you provide an activity that you would normally charge for, such as facepainting, please get in touch as we may commission you directly to deliver the activity as we want to keep as many activities as possible free for visitors.

Once you’re registered we’ll be in touch with more information about the ride, but you can start preparing right now!

Practice - get your bike out of the shed and give it a dusting down, make sure you’re comfortable and confident on two wheels, and book it for a service if there are any mechanical issues.
